CORNWALL – Things were on a roll bright and early this morning with the Bike-A-Thon Plus kick-off breakfast at the civic complex. Hundreds packed the salons to support the Children’s Treatment Centre’s second largest fundraising event, something which greatly pleased its chair, Milton Ellis.
